Returns

We want you to love your purchase!  If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, please email info@indianties.com for return instructions.  Please know that we will only accept returns of unused physical items (no refunds on digital downloads) within 30 days of purchase.  The amount of your original purchase will be refunded to you, excluding any shipping charges.   PLEASE NOTE – subscriptions, custom orders, special-order merchandise, sale and personalized items are not returnable.

 

Shipping Policy

Need an item expedited? Please contact us and we’d love to help you with your request.  Most orders are shipped through USPS.  You will receive an email from us when your item ships.  We trust that your merchandise should arrive safely.  Please check all items for possible shipping damage upon receipt.  If any damage has been found, please email pictures to info@indianties.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will help you file a claim with USPS for your shipment.

We’re sad to see you go!  If you need to cancel your subscription or membership, please visit https://indianties.com/account and fill out the form to cancel your membership. If you have any questions about canceling please email us at info@indianties.com.  You can also update your payment method, update your billing & shipping address through this link.  Please note – cancellation requests must be received 14 days before your billing date or you will be charge for the following month.    

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.
